talbina, a traditional treatment that is believed to improve mental and physical health. I've heard it can assist with digestion, stress, and even energy levels. It's made with barley and milk or honey. I want to know whether anyone here has tried Talbina and experienced any genuine advantages. How often do you take it, and how do you generally prepare it?
